Young Carers Connect

Young Carers Connect is a free, online support forum for young carers. Fortnightly video sessions bring together young people from across Australia who care for others in an interactive and safe environment.

Young Carers are people aged 12-25 who provide unpaid care and support to family members or friends who have a disability, mental illness, chronic condition, an alcohol or drug dependency, or are frail aged.

The Young Carers Connect program helps young carers to build a support network of others managing similar responsibilities. Sessions are facilitated by our friendly staff in partnership with the Young Carers Team at Carers Australia.

Young Carers can register at any time to join their group’s following meeting.
